Route 29 | Pokemon Information [updated 3/1/15]

trainer sprite by [personal profile] dalicious

Current Location: Goldenrod City
Job: Team Rocket, Head of R&D Division D
(works in the science department with Kato)

MAIN PARTY

ROSERADE
❝ Rosamund ❞

Level: 100
Ability: Poison Point
Nature: Quirky
Characteristic: very finicky
Met At: Level 15 (Goldenrod City Rocket HQ 6/3/12)
Known Moves: Weather Ball, Poison Sting, Sweet Scent, Venom Drench, Grassy Terrain, Absorb, Growth, Water Sport, Stun Spore, Mega Drain, Worry Seed, Leech Seed, Magical Leaf, GrassWhistle, Giga Drain, Toxic Spikes, Ingrain, Petal Dance, Toxic, Aromatherapy, Synthesis, Petal Blizzard, Energy Ball (TM), Poison Jab (TM), Swagger (TM), Hyper Beam (TM), Covet (tutor)

Dist's starter, who can often be found in his arms or in his lap. She's the prime example of a "pet Pokemon." Spoiled and pampered, Rosamund lives a pretty good life. The thing is though, she doesn't really act like a spoiled pet. She is quite calm, performs well in battle, and understands her trainer perfectly. She thinks he's a little weird, but who can turn down being treated nicely?

Although Dist is her trainer, she is a Pokemon originally raised by Team Rocket, so her ultimate loyalty resides with them. If Dist begins to stray too far from the Team's ideals, she may just try to nudge him back in the right direction. Over time, she's grown less and less worried about Dist's agenda though. He's doing just fine without any influences. And besides, after spending so long with him and growing somewhat attached to him, she might just have a hard time getting him back on track if he were to do something against Team Rocket.

METAGROSS
❝ Kaiser Dist X-M2 ❞

OT: Geddoe

Level: 100
Ability: Clear Body
Nature: Bashful
Characteristic: somewhat vain
Met At: Level 17 (Goldenrod City 7/10/12)
Known Moves: Magnet Rise, Take Down, Confusion, Metal Claw, Scary Face, Pursuit, Miracle Eye, Zen Headbutt, Bullet Punch, Agility, Psychic, Meteor Mash, Hammer Arm, Iron Defense, Hyper Beam, Explosion (TM), Stealth Rock (tutor), Ice Punch (tutor)

Unable to leave the Rocket HQ to go the Ruins of Alph and capture a Beldum for himself, Dist hired Geddoe to capture one for him. It has since evolved into a Metagross. As Dist's first mechanical Pokemon, it was named after his fighting robots from home, Kaiser Dist. The secondary title changes with each evolution it undergoes.

This Metagross has something of a narcissistic streak, and dislikes having any sort of stain/dent/discoloration marring the smooth, shiny surface of its body. It's rather shy around others, however, tending to be a bit sheepish regardless of whether it's being praised or criticized. Of course, when Geddoe first caught it and noticed this, he sighed and told it to just stop worrying and be itself. It may or may not have taken this to heart... (personality provided by [personal profile] lightningbearer)

SCIZOR
❝ Gale ❞

Level: 100
Ability: Technician
Nature: Rash
Characteristic: hates to lose
Met At: Level 1 (Goldenrod City 7/25/12)
Known Moves: Bullet Punch, Vacuum Wave, Quick Attack, Leer, Focus Energy, Double Team, Pursuit, False Swipe, Agility, Wing Attack, Fury Cutter, Slash, Razor Wind, Feint, Iron Defense, X-Scissor, Night Slash, Double Hit, Iron Head, Swords Dance, Feint, Aerial Ace (TM), Hyper Beam (TM), Superpower (tutor)

Purchased as an egg from a trainer well-known for being big on training and breeding with egg moves. After hearing of the capabilities of Scyther and its evolution from Doctor Kato, Dist decided to go out and obtain one for further study. Dist later evolved Gale into a Scizor with Kato's help.

Gale herself was how most Scythers are expected to be: easily agitated and quite rash. That hasn't changed after she evolved. She loves to battle, and often butts into battles that aren't her own. Dist makes swift actions of punishment, though this seems to only fuel her desire to fight. If she was a powerhouse before evolving, after, she is a complete beast. Her evolution traded speed for power and durability, and she can now handle more than ever. She's everything Dist is hoping to achieve through his experiments with the Metal Coat.

GOLURK
❝ Kaiser Dist G ❞

Level: 100
Ability: Iron Fist
Nature: Lonely
Characteristic: sturdy body
Met At: Level 1 (Goldenrod City 9/6/12)
Known Moves: Pound, Astonish, Defense Curl, Mud-Slap, Rollout, Shadow Punch, Iron Defense, Mega Punch, Magnitude, DynamicPunch, Night Shade, Curse, Heavy Slam, Earthquake, Hammer Arm, Focus Punch, Phantom Force, Hyper Beam (TM), Fly (HM), ThunderPunch (tutor), Stealth Rock (tutor)

Purchased as an egg at the Goldenrod Breeding Center. After learning about the many mysteries surrounding this Pokemon, Dist simply had to get his hands on one. A golem Pokemon with a mystery energy powering it? How could he resist? The answer is he couldn't at all. Now with an official position in the R&D department at Team Rocket, he plans to research this Pokemon further at some point.

Kaiser Dist G is the strong and silent type. When out of its PokeBall, it stands like a statue until it's issued any orders. One might even think it really is a statue until it begins to move. It is one of Dist's go-to Pokemon when he wishes to end a battle quickly.

JELLICENT
❝ Belle ❞

Level: 100
Ability: Cursed Body
Nature: Jolly
Characteristic: good perseverance
Met At: Level 18 (Route 34 10/27/12)
Known Moves: Bubble, Water Sport, Absorb, Night Shade, BubbleBeam, Recover, Water Pulse, Ominous Wind, Brine, Rain Dance, Hex, Hydro Pump, Wring Out, Water Spout, Attract (TM), Hyper Beam (TM), Dark Pulse (tutor)

During the ghost swarm of October 2012, Dist came across this ghostly jellyfish during an evening training session. Impressed by her regal appearance, he decided to capture her. After spending over a year as a Frillish, she finally evolved into a Jellicent after the nightmare event in October 2013.

Belle is very motherly and often looks after Dist when he's working hard in the labs. She helps get supplies and always makes sure he gets enough to eat and rest, especially since he has a tendency to feverishly work late into the night on his research. Dist won't admit it, but he kind of likes the nice treatment. Belle also looks after the team during training sessions, and administers healing items as needed. She's no pushover in battle either; she's actually quite strong, and that's one of the other reasons Dist captured her.

FLORGES
❝ Gardenia ❞

Level: 90
Ability: Flower Veil
Nature: Gentle
Characteristic: highly curious
Met At: Level 5 (Celadon City 9/25/14)
Known Moves: Tackle, Vine Whip, Fairy Wind, Lucky Chant, Razor Leaf, Wish, Magical Leaf, Grassy Terrain, Petal Blizzard, Aromatherapy, Misty Terrain, Moonblast, Petal Dance, Solar Beam, Sunny Day (TM)

Dist came across a large swarm of flower creatures during a business trip to Celadon. Captivated by the beauty of the unknown species, he captured one for himself.

More info to come.

ROTATED

REUNICLUS
❝ Fonon ❞

Level: 100
Ability: Magic Guard
Nature: Calm
Characteristic: often lost in thought
Met At: Level 12 (Goldenrod City 6/13/12)
Known Moves: Psywave, Reflect, Rollout, Snatch, Hidden Power, Light Screen, Charm, Recover, Psyshock, Endeavor, Future Sight, Pain Split, Psychic, Dizzy Punch, Skill Swap, Heal Block, Wonder Room, Hyper Beam (TM), Explosion (TM), Magic Coat (tutor), Signal Beam (tutor), Drain Punch (tutor)

When a swarm of Psychic Pokemon invaded the two regions, Dist captured a Solosis. The physical structure of the Pokemon was what drove Dist to capture it. It's not everyday that one sees a giant cell for a creature. The Solosis was named "Fonon", representing the basic particles of life in Dist's world.

Fonon is a quiet Pokemon, often keeping to himself. He can speak to Dist telepathically, though he rarely does this. Cold and calculating, he's somewhat secretive and prefers to only talk when he has something very important to say. He'll battle when he's needed, and only then. You won't see him jumping into battles like Gale. Fonon's mannerisms can get on Dist's nerves at times, but as long as he isn't getting in the way, he's willing to deal with it.

PURRLOIN
❝ Cordelia ❞

Level: 100
Ability: Limber
Nature: Sassy
Characteristic: somewhat of a clown
Met At: Level 15 (Saffron City 8/30/12)
Known Moves: Scratch, Growl, Assist, Sand Attack, Fury Swipes, Pursuit, Torment, Fake Out, Hone Claws, Assurance, Slash, Captivate, Night Slash, Snatch, Nasty Plot, Sucker Punch, Play Rough, Attract (TM), Swagger (TM), Payback (TM), Covet (tutor),
Foul Play (tutor)

A beautiful black cat that Dist came across during one of his visits to the Saffron City Rocket facility. Her elegant movements and apparent interest in roses were the only signs Dist needed to see to believe that they were meant for each other. It didn't take much battling to win her over; she was happy to come under the ownership of such a worthy trainer. Yes, believe it or not, Cordelia likes Dist for all of his eccentricities.

As implied above, Cordelia loves roses just about as much as Dist does. In recognition of this, she wears a rose collar given to her by her trainer. She's very sassy and conceited, often thinking she's too good for most of Dist's team. However, she has a bit of a girl crush on Rosamund because of her species and tries to hang out with her whenever possible. Rosamund doesn't really care for Cordelia, but she lets her tag along anyway because Dist would scold her otherwise.

The only reason why she never evolved is because she really likes being a lap cat.

DITTO
❝ Replica ❞

OT: Geddoe

Level: 35
Ability: Limber
Nature: Docile
Characteristic: loves to eat
Met At: Level 16 (Goldenrod City 10/20/12)
Known Moves: Transform

Another Pokemon that Dist had Geddoe go out and catch for him. Ditto's ability to transform itself into a near exact copy of any Pokemon intrigued Dist from the get-go, so he had to have one in his roster. He intends to do research on this Pokemon at some point.

Replica is the happiest little Ditto you ever could meet. It can barely bring itself to hurt anything, so Dist has a hard time training it. It's pretty frustrating when you have your Ditto turn into a ferocious Gyarados and it acts like the most harmless creature ever. It's a good thing training isn't on the top of Dist's agenda for Replica.

STEELIX
❝ Lance ❞

Level: 100
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Adamant
Characteristic: often dozes off
Met At: Level 1 (Goldenrod City 11/5/12)
Known Moves: Thunder Fang, Ice Fang, Fire Fang, Mud Sport, Tackle, Harden, Bind, Curse, Rock Throw, Rock Tomb, Rage, Stealth Rock, Automatize, Gyro Ball, Smack Down, DragonBreath, Slam, Screech, Rock Slide, Crunch, Sand Tomb, Iron Tail, Dig, Stone Edge, Double-Edge, Sandstorm, Hyper Beam (TM), Strength (HM), Explosion (egg move), Earthquake (egg move)

An Onix hatched from an egg that Dist purchased from Archer. Although the idea of owning another giant snake Pokemon doesn't appeal him, Dist needs this Pokemon for continued research on Metal Coats.

Although he's a bit temperamental, Lance acts far more obediently than Dist imagined he would. As long as Dist doesn't force him to do things he doesn't want to do, he lets Dist do whatever he wants with him for his research. When annoyed, he'll give growls of warning to make his trainer back off. Dist has learned never to bug him when he's sleeping because of this.

MAGIKARP*
❝ Useless Fish #2 ❞

Level: 18
Ability: Swift Swim
Nature: Naive
Characteristic: quick to flee
Met At: Level 1 (Goldenrod City 12/30/12)
Known Moves: Splash, Tackle

Hatched from an egg that Dist received for the holidays. Much to his dismay, the mystery Pokemon ended up being another Magikarp, his most disliked Pokemon in all of this world.

This Magikarp is hardly different from Dist's first Magikarp; she's very carefree and oblivious to the world. Because Dist doesn't take her out of her PokeBall very often, she hasn't really seen much of the world. When she's out and about, she tends to hang out with Leviathan since they're from the same line. Belle also takes care of her and gives her some actual attention that their trainer refuses to.

TYPHLOSION
❝ Blaise ❞

Level: 100
Ability: Blaze
Nature: Hasty
Characteristic: hates to lose
Met At: Level 1 (Goldenrod City 1/15/13)
Known Moves: Gyro Ball, Tackle, Leer, SmokeScreen, Ember, Quick Attack, Flame Wheel, Defense Curl, Swift, Flame Charge, Lava Plume, Flamethrower, Inferno, Rollout, Double-Edge, Eruption, Dig (TM), Hyper Beam (TM)

Dist received Blaise as a holiday gift from Kato, as Kato believed Dist would appreciate the simple beauty in the Cyndaquil line. His beliefs were correct, because Dist is quite fond of this Pokemon. You can't really go wrong with simple beauty and devastating abilities.

Blaise is well-behaved for the most part. Calm and obedient, he's great for having around to keep cold areas warm with his body heat, and for intimidating grunts who refuse to do tasks given to them by Dist. You don't mess around with those giant fangs and fiery quills! However, when involved in any type of competition, all bets of good behavior are off, because Blaise will do whatever it takes to win. He's pretty arrogant when it comes to putting himself above others when it comes to battling or anything that he could win at. In battle, if he doesn't think Dist's orders will result in his victory, you can bet he'll do whatever the hell else he wants instead. He's an incredibly sore loser and poor sport about it too. It's pretty annoying to Dist, which is why he doesn't usually let him actually get into battles that often.

GOREBYSS
❝ Undine ❞

Level: 100
Ability: Swift Swim
Nature: Impish
Characteristic: very finicky
Met At: Level 26 (Tohjo Falls 4/5/13)
Known Moves: Clamp, Water Gun, Iron Defense, Whirlpool, Confusion, Agility, Draining Kiss, Water Pulse, Amnesia, Aqua Ring, Captivate, Baton Pass, Dive, Psychic, Aqua Tail, Coil, Hydro Pump, Attract (TM), Ice Beam (TM), Hyper Beam (TM), Signal Beam (tutor)

Dist met this beautiful Pokemon while taking a stroll around the Tohjo Falls during Clair's Pokemon prom. As soon as he spotted her, he knew he couldn't leave without her. His other lady Pokemon seemed to be taken to her as well, so it was a no brainer to capture her. Interestingly enough, she put up quite a fight before submitting to capture. She has high standards, you see. She is named after Undine, the aggregate sentience of the water fonon in Dist's home world.

Undine spends most of her time in a large tank in the Goldenrod Rocket labs, put together by Dist of course. A couple of his other Water types reside there as well, including any test subjects he happens to be working with. While Undine would claim that she's not trying to run the place, she totally is. She basically claimed a portion of the tank for herself and no one else, and will get pissy if anyone comes over there without her permission. The other Water types are good to respect her wishes, because have you seen Gorebyss's Pokedex entry? They don't want to tempt fate with her. She's picky when it comes to feeding her and decorating her part of the tank, but Dist is happy to oblige her "refined" tastes. After all, he can definitely respect high standards, and she put quite a bit of work in during battle in return, so it's fair to him.

VILEPLUME
❝ Florus ❞

Level: 100
Ability: Chlorophyll
Nature: Modest
Characteristic: alert to sounds
Met At: Level 1 (Goldenrod City 4/22/13)
Known Moves: Absorb, Sweet Scent, Acid, Poison Powder, Stun Spore, Sleep Powder, Mega Drain, Lucky Chant, Moonlight, Giga Drain, Toxic, Natural Gift, Petal Blizzard, Grassy Terrain, Petal Dance, Solar Beam, Sunny Day (TM), Hyper Beam (TM),
Seed Bomb (tutor)

Purchased as an egg from Shiraishi. Dist originally wanted to get an Oddish because he heard it evolves into a beautiful flower Pokemon. However, he wasn't expecting its second evolution to smell so horrible. He ended up immediately evolving Florus from Gloom to Vileplume. Unfortunately, while Vileplume's massive flower is very beautiful, it can potentially come with paralyzing noxious gas. Hopefully Dist can keep Florus under control...

Florus himself isn't exactly the mischievous type, but he finds it funny how terrified Dist is of him. Or rather, the possibility that he might have to put up with his spores. He holds a small amount of resentment toward Dist for evolving him so fast, mostly because that put a dent in his self-confidence. It's not his fault what his body produces, after all. Therefore, he doesn't hesitate to threaten with spores if he feels Dist deserves it. If Dist wants to keep him under control, he's going to have to earn that privilege.

MILOTIC*
❝ Beau ❞

Level: 100
Ability: Marvel Scale
Nature: Lax
Characteristic: likes to relax
Met At: Level 1 (Lavender Town 7/25/13)
Known Moves: Splash, Tackle, Wrap, Water Gun, Water Sport, Refresh, Disarming Voice, Twister, Water Pulse, Recover, Captivate, Aqual Tail, Dragon Tail, Rain Dance, Attract, Coil, Hydro Pump, Safeguard, Aqua Ring, Hyper Beam (TM), Toxic (egg move), Ice Beam (egg move), Light Screen (egg move), Protect (egg move), Iron Tail (egg move), Return (egg move), Double Team (egg move), Swagger (egg move), Rest (egg move), Brine (egg move), Waterfall (HM), Whirlpool (HM), Surf (HM)

Dist received Beau as an egg from Aradia. To his surprise, the hatchling ended up being shiny! If it wasn't for his plethora of egg moves and eventual evolution, Dist would be inclined to name him "Useless Fish #3".

Beau is the very definition of pampered beautiful person who's lazy as hell and doesn't know what the real meaning of hard work is. He has all these great and devastating egg moves but he's doing a magnificent job of putting them to waste by being a lazy bum. Being beautiful (not to mention shiny) and fawned over is tiring, you guys. But he does love it, don't get him wrong! If he absolutely must battle, he'll loaf around until he has the opportunity to destroy his opponent with a flick of his tail and then be done with it. He can't even bring himself to flashy about it. Not like he has to be, since he's flashy and beautiful just by being himself. Dist doesn't use Beau in battle that much because putting up with him is tiring by itself, so he usually lets him do his own thing in the water tank or wherever he feels like napping.

LILLIGANT
❝ Lily ❞

Level: 100
Ability: Own Tempo
Nature: Quirky
Characteristic: strong willed
Met At: Level 1 (Goldenrod City 8/2/13)
Known Moves: Growth, Leech Seed, Sleep Powder, Mega Drain, Synthesis, Magical Leaf, Stun Spore, Giga Drain, Aromatherapy, Teeter Dance, Quiver Dance, Petal Dance, Petal Blizzard, Hyper Beam (TM)

Purchased as an egg from Kayneth to continue the growth of Dist's flower Pokemon collection, with the added bonus of Petilil being a Pokemon that evolves through a stone for research purposes.

Bless her heart, Lily is so sweet and innocent, she really doesn't deserve to be involved in all this Rocket business. She's very kindhearted, and is very much against wrongdoing. She's one of those Pokemon that'll feel bad for having to fight wild Pokemon because they were just minding their own business and we just went in there and disturbed them, then acted like it was their fault for attacking us out of surprise! Do you see what I mean when I say she ended up with the wrong trainer for this? That isn't to say that she dislikes her trainer and teammates though. She just really wishes they'd do good things instead of living on the dark side. Her do-gooder personality clashes a bit with the other team members, but she gets along with Florus despite that. Even Rosamund doesn't mind hanging out with her, but she finds her incredibly naive. In the end, no matter how much Lily's surrounded by villainy, she won't give in!

GOTHORITA
❝ Katherine ❞

Level: 95
Ability: Competitive
Nature: Gentle
Characteristic: alert to sounds
Met At: Level 22 (Tohjo Falls 4/5/14)
Known Moves: Pound, Confusion, Tickle, Play Nice, Fake Tears, DoubleSlap, Psybeam, Embargo, Feint Attack, Psyshock, Flatter, Future Sight, Heal Block, Psychic, Telekinesis, Charm, Magic Room

It seems to be some sort of trend for Dist to find pretty Pokemon at prom, because that's exactly what happened when he ran into Katherine one night at the 2014 prom. Or rather, Belle found her looking sad and lonely and begged Dist to take her under his wing. He eventually caved of course because she is pretty cute.

There's a tendency for others to think Katherine has some ulterior motives and that she's really just an attention seeker looking to take advantage of Dist or anyone else who falls for her cuteness. However, that's not the case! She really was sad and lonely that night, and when she's being cute and bubbly, it's not just for show. That's just how she is. She doesn't mean to come off the way she does and she actually feels really bad about it. It shouldn't be too hard to win the others over if she really doesn't end up pulling a fast one on anyone once they've been lulled into a sense of security with her.

GLACEON
❝ Alexandra ❞

Level: 80
Ability: Snow Cloak
Nature: Serious
Characteristic: somewhat of a clown
Met At: Level 1 (Goldenrod City 7/31/14)
Known Moves: Helping Hand, Tackle, Tail Whip, Sand-Attack, Growl, Quick Attack, Bite, Covet, Take Down, Charm, Baton Pass, Hail, Last Resort, Blizzard, Icy Wind (relearned), Ice Fang (relearned), Ice Shard (relearned), Hyper Beam (TM)

Purchased as an egg from Garry. After talking to Garry about beautiful Pokemon, the conversation turned to Eevee and its evolutions. It convinced Dist to finally get an Eevee of his own, and Garry was happy to oblige. Dist still hasn't decided which evolution to go with, but he intends to figure something out soon.

Alexandra doesn't take crap from anyone. She may still be just a baby, but she thinks she's more powerful than she is. She doesn't hesitate hanging out with the much stronger members of Dist's team, even asking them to help her train! She may be young, but she's already aspiring to be one of Dist's most valuable team members. She wants to look good for her trainer!

After evolving into a Glaceon, her appearance definitely matches her serious stance on the world. She comes off cold and distant for this, but in reality she just doesn't have time for things she deems unimportant. She continues to hang out with Dist's stronger Pokemon, and their training advice has helped her become one of Dist's most formidable team members.

CHANDELURE
❝ Shadow ❞

Level: 70
Ability: Flame Body
Nature: Bashful
Characteristic: mischievous
Met At: Level 1 (Goldenrod City 8/30/14)
Known Moves: Ember, Astonish, Minimize, Smog, Fire Spin, Confuse Ray, Night Shade, Will-O-Wisp, Flame Burst, Imprison, Hex, Memento, Inferno, Curse, Shadow Ball, Pain Split, Fire Blast (TM), Hyper Beam (TM)

Purchased as an egg from Kayneth. Dist learned about the Litwick line from Kayneth, and when Kayneth bred his own Chandelure, Dist just had to get a Litwick for himself. He's fascinated by the line's physical appearance and how they are able to absorb human life energy as sustenance. It's something he'd like to look into extensively at some point. Of course, he'll have to round up some test subjects first.

Shadow is very unlike Dist's other Ghost type, Belle. He's very mischievous, which is to be expected from Ghost types in the first place but Dist must've gotten a different impression since Belle is such an outlier in that regard. Dist can often feel the Shadow trying to feed off of him even when he's not actively training him. For this reason, he tends to keep him in his Pokeball until he is absolutely needed. It's something he's going to need to monitor and change in the future.

Shadow is named after the aggregate sentience of the darkness fonon in
Dist's world.

FURFROU
❝ Felicity ❞

Level: 70
Ability: Fur Coat
Nature: Jolly
Characteristic: likes to run
Met At: Level 5 (Goldenrod City 9/2/14)
Known Moves: Tackle, Growl, Sand-Attack, Baby-Doll Eyes, Headbutt, Tail Whip, Bite, Odor Sleuth, Retaliate, Take Down, Charm, Sucker Punch, Cotton Guard

Dist's encounter with Felicity was certainly an odd one. For an entire day in September, strange dogs no one in Johto or Kanto had seen rained from the sky for absolutely no reason. No one could figure out where they were coming from or how it was even possible for it to happen all over the two regions. Regardless, it definitely happened, and Dist can attest to it. This particular Furfrou nearly landed right on top of him, but thankfully Gale was present and caught the dog before she could hit him. Dist was shaken up about it, but he found himself liking the fluffy dog who dared attempt to fall on him. With a little work, Felicity could be a very beautiful dog. Here's hoping she has power to go along with that beauty.

Furfrous are supposed to be the image of grace and beauty. Felicity definitely has that quality, but she also has the spirit of an excitable golden retriever. Dist has to scold her often for running in the halls of the labs because she could very easily knock unsuspecting scientists over, and they could be carrying important devices! Once she's gotten some good playtime in though, she totally mellows out into an obedient and chill companion. Knowing this, Dist tries to give her exercise time when he's not too busy. He just hopes with his and Kato's tendency to wear black that she doesn't shed too badly in the future...

PUMPKABOO
❝ Espella ❞

OT: Aradia Megido

Level: 60
Ability: Pickup
Nature: Jolly
Characteristic: likes to relax
Met At: Level 5 (Goldenrod City 9/15/14)
Known Moves: Trick, Astonish, Confuse Ray, Scary Face, Worry Seed, Razor Leaf, Leech Seed, Trick-or-Treat, Bullet Seed, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Ball, Pain Split, Seed Bomb, Explosion (TM)

Dist received this cute pumpkin from Aradia during a swarm. She is of the Large size variety.

More info to come.

SPRITZEE
❝ Serenity ❞

OT: "Dietrich Jaeger"

Level: 65
Ability: Healer
Nature: Timid
Characteristic: quick to flee
Met At: Level 5 (Goldenrod City 9/16/14)
Known Moves: Sweet Scent, Fairy wind, Sweet Kiss, Odor Sleuth, Echoed Voice, Calm Mind, Draining Kiss, Aromatherapy, Attract, Moonblast, Charm, Flail, Misty Terrain, Skill Swap, Psychic, Disarming Voice

Dist received this bird as a gift from Dietrich Jaeger, who was at the location of where it was swarming. Dist was immediately charmed by her appearance and flowery scent.

More info to come.

FLABÉBÉ*
❝ Sylph ❞

Level: 40
Ability: Flower Veil
Nature: Bashful
Characteristic: nods off a lot
Met At: Level 1 (Goldenrod City 1/2/15)
Known Moves: Tackle, Vine Whip, Fairy Wind, Lucky Chant, Razor Leaf, Wish, Magical Leaf, Grassy Terrain, Petal Blizzard, Aromatherapy, Misty Terrain

On Christmas of 2014, Dist awoke and found an egg in his room with him. This egg turned out to be something quite special- just after New Year's it hatched to reveal a Flabebe with very unique colors! Still very fond of Gardenia, Dist was more than happy to welcome Sylph onto the team. Sylph and Gardenia can often be found together, Gardenia acting as a sort of older sister to the Flabébé. They spend a lot of time with Kato's Floette, Sakura.

More info to come.

Sylph is named after the aggregate sentience of the wind fonon in Dist's world.

INHERITED

MUK
❝ Garbage ❞

OT: Ren Jinguji

Level: 50
Ability: Sticky Hold
Nature: Jolly
Characteristic: likes to thrash about
Met At: Level 50 (Goldenrod City 8/30/14)
Known Moves: Pound, Poison Gas, Harden, Mud-Slap, Disable, Sludge, Mud Bomb, Minimize, Fling, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Screech, Venom Drench, Gunk Shot, Acid Armor, Explosion (TM)

When Ren left Johto, he left this...lovely piece of garbage behind for Dist as a parting gift. Needless to say that Dist was not thrilled to find this thing waiting for him in the PC one fateful day, only to be nearly engulfed by him after letting him out of his Pokeball. Dist's initial reaction to the sight of him was, "what is this piece of garbage?" and because of that, Garbage has actually picked that up as his new nickname. How unfortunate...

While Garbage is a very enthusastic pile of sludge, he is the complete opposite of Dist's aesthetic and Dist is very sure Ren left it behind as an act of revenge. Because of Garbage's tendency to try to hug his trainer, threat to Dist's sensitive Grass types, and...overall existence, Dist keeps him boxed unless absolutely necessary. He often ends up being Explosion fodder for Kato's experiments.

GENGAR
❝ Indy ❞

OT: Aradia Megido

Level: 100
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Naughty
Characteristic: mischievous
Met At: Level 100 (Goldenrod City 10/7/14)
Known Moves: Hypnosis, Lick, Spite, Mean Look, Curse, Night Shade, Confuse Ray, Sucker Punch, Shadow Punch, Payback, Shadow Ball, Dream Eater, Dark Pulse, Destiny Bond, Hex, Nightmare, Explosion (TM), Ice Punch (tutor), ThunderPunch (tutor)

Previously Aradia's starter, Indy didn't take too well to suddenly being under the ownership of someone else when his original trainer left Johto. He wouldn't listen to a thing Dist said and basically tormented Division D whenever he was out of his Pokeball. However, Dist was a friend of Aradia's and he could tell he missed her very much too, so he eventually loosened up when the initial grief faded.

He's still not one to follow orders, and Dist has recognized this so Indy isn't used very often in battle. Dist does allow him time out of his Pokeball to roam because of how unaccustomed to being contained for long periods of time the Gengar is, and because he wants to respect one of Aradia's Pokemon. When out and about, Indy hangs around with Dist's other Ghost types, Belle and Shadow. Indy and Shadow are a dangerous pair however, as they tend to play pranks on the other scientists in the Science Department, including their own trainer from time to time. Naturally they get scolded every time, but that doesn't deter them.

EEVEE
❝ Kaigo ❞

OT: Garry

Level: 100
Ability: Adaptability
Nature: Timid
Characteristic: quick to flee
