Dist's friendship with Aradia was completely unexpected on his part, but he's not complaining about it. Aradia has been one of the only people to listen to him completely unbiased. He's so used to being ignored, it really took him off guard at first and he wasn't sure if she was just pitying him or was actually interested in what he had to say. It was the real deal though, and they slowly started to open up to one another after that. Though he was hesitant to admit it at first because of his aversion to such things, he genuinely appreciates Aradia's company and finds her life and world to be intriguing if not a little concerning at times. His only regret is that she had to find out about his affiliation with Team Rocket in the most unflattering way possible. Thankfully Aradia took it better than he expected, but he still feels kind of bad for the missions initially ruining her museum experience.

Dist's still pretty neutral in regards to his opinion of the Commander. The man's plans are completely convoluted and baffling to Dist, and he honestly wonders what he's even thinking most of the time. While listening to the Commander's ramblings is pretty amusing, Dist sort of sympathizes with the man because he's often not taken seriously himself. Still...there's a fine line between actually having meaningful things to say and sounding like a raving idiot. (No, it's pretty obvious Dist doesn't know where the line is either.) Despite this, he's willing to humor the Commander and go along with his demands if he wants his services for anything. He's currently looking into the glitching effect for the Commander as a side project.

Dist shows a weird mixture of dislike and amazement toward Crocker, and the amazement isn't exactly a positive thing either. He's just amazed at how strange Crocker is. He's met his fair share of crazy scientists over the years, but Crocker takes the cake. It actually irrationally annoys him that Crocker shares the same scientific field as him. He finds Crocker to be extremely irritating with his rambling about fairies and finds his brand of research to be completely useless to Team Rocket's goals. On top of that, he still hasn't forgiven Crocker for contributing to the failure that was the Goldenrod PokeCenter raid and will likely never forgive him for it. He would rather not have to deal with Crocker at all, but since they work in the same base, he's kind of forced to.

So far Dist is somewhat indifferent about Caroline. He's genuinely interested in her projects and experiments, though. If someone's into machinery, you can bet he'll want to see what they have to offer, and it's no different in Caroline's case! He finds talking to her slightly annoying though, since she never seems to take anything seriously. She makes a lot of sarcastic comments and he feels like he rarely gets straight answers from her. But what worries him the most is her and Kato's rivalry (can it even be called that? it's more like a mutual desire to destroy each other somehow). Normally he couldn't care less, but since he's quite close with Kato and they all share the labs, it creates a little bit of tension for him. How he plans to get around it? Well...he doesn't know yet.

Kato is Dist's partner in the Goldenrod labs. Previously, Dist was absolutely certain that he would never find someone to be as important as Jade and Nebilim, but after getting to know Kato for well over a year and a half, he's beginning to reconsider that assumption. He's spent a lot of time with Kato, musing over current projects, discussing how science works in their worlds, learning about each other, bonding. Kato is one of the only people who knows Dist's entire story, and that alone says something about how much Dist trusts him. For a while Dist wasn't exactly thrilled about Kato's fascination with destruction despite supporting his endeavors, but the moment they shared during the Halloween 2013 event gave him a whole new appreciation for how beautiful it can be. These two have definitely been through a lot over their time in Team Rocket so far, and despite his initial aversion the concept, Dist is absolutely pleased to consider Kato a friend.

Dist and Kato are dating as of Valentine's Day 2014.

Dist likes Kayneth! He appreciates people who are of the same understanding that this place is ridiculous and has way too many idiots in it. He enjoys talking to Kayneth about the mysteries and legends of the Pokemon world, along with how frustrating it is that they can't seem to find ways to solve them. At least they can be frustrated together, though. He'd like to talk to him more about magic sometime too! He knows Kayneth is capable of it, but that's about it. It would be fun to find out the similarities and differences of their respective magics. Also he still wishes Kayneth was in Team Rocket because he would probably be useful there. Kayneth knows that Dist is affiliated with Team Rocket and Dist kind of inconvenienced him during the Rocket mission that blew his cover, but thankfully Kayneth seemed to forgive the whole fiasco and hasn't ratted Dist out or anything.

There are some mixed feelings going on here. Dist enjoys talking to Kimblee most of the time because he doesn't seem to dismiss or ignore him when they talk about their plans and goals for Team Rocket. And since he still thinks Kimblee is a higher-up, he wants to have a solid relationship with him, since as far as he can tell Kimblee gets to converse with the Execs way more than he does. He has the desire to always look good for Kimblee due to his higher rank, as he wants to make a good impression in hopes to get a promotion someday. That said, when Kimblee rubs in his failures, he really doesn't appreciate it. He's curious about what Kimblee has planned for Team Rocket, and eagerly awaits their conversation about that.
