VISUAL: Dist comes from late-game, so his hairstyle and default outfit are slightly different from earlier in the game, as seen
here. However, he'll flip between the different hairstyles for variety. He also pulls the longest parts into a ponytail while working. His in-game model shows his hair as primarily white in color, but it has a slightly lavender tint to it in the anime, so I just go with a combo of both when describing him. Dist is of an average height for a guy at 5'9", but he's pretty scrawny and frail, only weighing a little under 140 lbs. He wears makeup whenever out in public, with his lipstick being the most visually striking part of it. It's usually a shade of purple or pink to match his eyes and hair, but he'll do red on occasion. Paints his nails as well. It should also be noted that like his other childhood friends Jade and Peony, he looks a bit younger for his age.
Even the girls wonder how they do it.
FASHION: Clearly a Man of Wealth and Tasteā¢, Dist only has eyes for the classiest of fashion! And by "classiest", I mean Pretty Damn Gaudy. Just look at that flower collar! He gravitates toward opulent suits and attire with floral themes, often combining the two. Common colors include black, pink, purple, red and gold. Almost never seen without his gloves, usually white or black. When he's on the job, his attire is looser and more casual, as seen
here.
DEMEANOR: When meeting Dist for the first time, a probable first impression is either "pretentious as hell" or "weirdly crazy". Dist purposefully puts on a rather overwhelming presence because he feels like it'll get him noticed more easily. Often loud and annoying, Dist doesn't do a good job of hiding his enormous ego. He'll talk himself up a
lot, and generally gives off the impression that he thinks he's better than everyone else.
Very easy to fluster, when he's not acting all high and mighty he's often hostile, bitter and whiny, and again, super over the top with it. Basically, he's a classic manchild at times, acting like a kid who didn't get his way. Those who actually stroke his ego or give him the time of the day will find that he'll drop his pretentiousness a tad and get strangely socially awkward as he's bad at acting like a normal human being, apparently.
VOICE: Dist's English voice is provided by the wonderful Liam O'Brien.
Here is an excellent clip that pretty much captures what the demeanor section details. Please note the literal Saturday morning cartoon villain laugh. Dist's voice is equally pretentious to match his personality, having this sense of condescension about it like he's always looking down on others. He talks with a lot of emphasis to try to make what he's saying of the utmost importance. He rarely drops this tone, honestly. As a supplementary clip, please enjoy
the best scene in the game.
