He doesn't really understand the idea of being that close to anyone else, or of losing that bond in the first place. Perhaps the weirdest thing Dist has to say is about wanting to forgive Jade, which is really hard to imagine. Maybe he's just far more of a spiteful, petty asshole than Dist is.]
